From ServiceNow to Salesforce, Ateko is working with partners to create the future of AI
Bell and Ateko are shaping the future of enterprise innovation through AI-powered hackathons that bring together bright minds across our companies and our technology partners. These collaborative events spark creativity, accelerate transformation, and highlight how Ateko is helping Bell deliver smarter, faster, and more connected solutions for our team and our customers.
This innovation-first mindset continues to push the boundaries of what is possible. Over the last few months, teams from Ateko have joined forces with Bell and partner organizations including ServiceNow and Salesforce to reimagine how AI can simplify operations, strengthen reliability, and transform how we serve our customers.
ServiceNow Hackathon
At the latest HackBBM 2025 event, employees from Bell, Ateko, and ServiceNow combined forces to investigate how ServiceNow Agentic AI applications could be used to solve real-world business problems. The winning team developed an Incident Investigator, an AI-powered solution designed to detect and analyze network incidents in real time, enhancing efficiency and improving the customer experience.
What set this concept apart was not only its technical creativity but also its clear path to meaningful business impact. Bell has approved funding for the project, enabling further development and real-world implementation. This success demonstrates how targeted experimentation and cross-organizational collaboration can accelerate innovation at scale

Salesforce Hackathon
The Ateko team also collaborated with Bell and Salesforce to explore how Agentforce and agentic AI could unlock new efficiencies and support real business outcomes. Over a focused five-day sprint, cross-functional teams worked together to refine ideas, map business processes, and build functional prototypes that demonstrated the practical value of AI within Bell’s ecosystem.
The week began with nearly 40 proposed use cases from business owners. Through collaboration with Salesforce experts and Ateko architects, these ideas were narrowed down to the highest-impact opportunities. Business representatives provided context, sample workflows, and real test data, while technical teams designed AI models and built working demos that showcased how Agentforce could be applied to Bell’s operations. Some of the most promising prototypes included:
- How Agentic AI can support and enhance performance management
- Personalized account search functionality with custom AI email response
