Guillaume Bazinet

Chief Executive Officer

Guillaume Bazinet is Chief Executive Officer of Ateko, where he leads the company’s strategic evolution. A seasoned entrepreneur and leader, he brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector. He co-founded FX Innovation, a leading system integrator and managed services provider that was acquired by Bell Canada and later rebranded as Ateko.

He is actively involved in the business community as a member of le Cercle des Présidents du Québec, Campaign Vice President for Centraide’s technology sector, occasional Coach-Entrepreneur at l’École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce, and board chair for the Computer Research Institute of Montréal.

Lukas Lhotsky
President

Lukas Lhotsky is President of Ateko, where he plays a leading role in advancing the company’s autonomous IT strategy, overseeing operations and go-to-market strategy while strengthening the company’s ecosystem and accelerating growth.

He also contributes to Bell Canada’s digital transformation initiatives, working alongside teams at Bell and Ateko to advance strategic technology priorities. Before Ateko, he helped scale a leading Canadian tech-enabled real-estate disruptor that was sold to a major bank and worked in Deloitte’s Strategy Consulting and Financial Advisory practices.

Pietro Greco

Chief Strategy Officer

Pietro Greco is Chief Strategy Officer at Ateko, bringing extensive experience in technology leadership, IT strategy, enterprise transformation, managed services, and digital transformation.

Prior to Ateko, Pietro was Executive Chairman of HGC Technologies, a Canadian IT service provider specializing in enterprise transformation through ServiceNow. He has also served as Chief Technology Officer at Bombardier and Hydro-Québec, and held senior leadership roles at RBC, Québecor, and Computer Associates.

Mélanie McClure
Chief Human Resources Officer

Mélanie McClure is Chief Human Resources Officer at Ateko, where she plays a pivotal role in aligning teams, creating a strong culture, and integrating modern HR approaches. With nearly 30 years of experience in human resources, she has supported several companies through scaling phases, both through organic growth and acquisitions, across Canada and the United States.

She became Chief Human Resources Officer at FX Innovation in 2016 and remained in that role as the company evolved into Ateko. For nearly a decade, she has led the HR team, actively contributing to all stages of growth, as well as human, cultural, and organizational transformation.

Christian Tellier
Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Partner Management

Christian Tellier is Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Partner Management at Ateko, where he leads global sales strategy, partner development, and revenue growth.

Prior to Ateko, Christian was FX Innovation’s Vice President of Business Development before becoming Vice President of Sales & General Manager in 2022. In these roles, he focused on executive leadership, contract negotiation, revenue growth, market positioning, and customer relationships.

Greg Poirier
Senior Vice President, Salesforce Practice

Greg Poirier is Senior Vice President, Salesforce Practice at Ateko, where he leads the company’s Salesforce strategy and helps drive excellence in sales, marketing, and revenue operations. He previously founded and led CloudKettle, a data-driven consulting firm helping companies improve operations and revenue outcomes.

With more than two decades of experience, Greg brings a pragmatic approach to client engagement and transformation. A recognized voice in the Salesforce ecosystem, he has presented at Dreamforce and served as an advisor with Salesforce Accelerate. He has been recognized as an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year and among Atlantic Business Top 50 CEOs.

David Keith
Senior Vice President, Data and Cloud

David Keith is Senior Vice President, Data and Cloud at Ateko, where he leads strategy, growth, and delivery for the firm’s Data and Cloud practice. He was founder and CEO of SDK Tek Services, a Calgary-based boutique data and analytics consultancy serving enterprise clients with solutions across Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake.

A technology executive with experience building and scaling firms, David previously served as Senior Vice President at Hitachi Solutions Canada and Partner at Ideaca Knowledge Services. Drawing on his Nova Scotia roots, he brings a grounded, pragmatic approach to technology transformation, focused on measurable outcomes and high-performing teams.
