Holly Briedis:

I want to recognize a few partners in particular that really stood out to me, to my team, to our company as we were going through our industry-forward transformation in 2025.

I’m going to start with Bell Canada. You know, Bell had a bold ambition. They wanted to move from a telco to a techco. And to do that, they invested heavily in transformational delivery. They acquired multiple Canadian SIs and they merged them together to create Ateko. But here’s what matters most. Ateko isn’t just driving external growth; they are powering their entire company as customer zero, leveraging ServiceNow. They’ve branded it internally as the “keep your promises” platform.

And they are helping both Bell and hundreds of their customers—from financial institutions to public sector entities—actually sell, fulfill, and service on the ServiceNow platform. And the result? Ateko, I am so proud to say, is now our largest partner in Canada. And they most recently became the first-ever telco-designated global partner. This is truly industry transformation in motion.

And to the Ateko and Bell team, John, Lucas, Guillaume, we are so proud to get to run by your side. Thank you.
