Today I’m going to talk about why your AI go to market strategy will fail

Right now, every client we talk to wants the Ferrari.

They want the Generative AI, the predictive forecasting, the ‘Chat with your Data’ features.

All of the exciting things companies are demoing today.

But… almost nobody wants to talk about the road.

And here’s the reality:

If you try to drive a Ferrari on a dirt road, you don’t get there faster.

You wreck the car.

In the Salesforce ecosystem, we see this constantly.

Companies are trying to layer advanced AI like Agentforce

on top of bloated infrastructure and unclear processes.

I’m talking about processes that rely on ambiguities that the dev team just ‘gets’,

duplicate records clogging up the system, and Sales and Marketing defining ‘Customer’ in two totally different ways.

When that is your foundation, AI doesn’t fix the problem.

It amplifies it.

As I have said in previous talks:

If your data foundation isn’t solid, AI just helps you make confident mistakes… faster.

So, what does actual Business Intelligence look like today?

It’s not just about the shiny dashboard anymore.

It’s about doing the unglamorous work first.

It’s about proper business process mapping, proper Data Cloud or Data Warehouse implementations.

And It’s about identity resolution

so you have one truth for your customer.

know, ‘governance’ isn’t a glamorous word.

But it’s the difference between a cool demo and a tool your team actually trusts and use.

Look, you don’t hire a partner like Ateko just to build a model. You hire us to build the guardrails that make that model safe to use.
