More Than an Award: Why Our Google Partner of the Year Win Hits Close to Home

The infographic explains the Bell ecosystem and lists its four pillars with descriptions: Bell, Ateko, Bell Cyber, and Bell AI Fabric:

Bell - Trusted enterprise and government services forming the foundation of BBM's customer relationships

ateko backed by Bell Canada - AI automation partner helping customers maximize value from their technology investments

Bell Cyber Integrated, sovereign security framework protecting sensitive data across all BBM solutions

Bell AI Fabric - Canada's sovereign AI "on tap", delivering a secure, full-stack platform for business and government

When the pictures came back from this week’s awards ceremony, the significance of the moment really sank in. Bell being named Google Cloud’s Public Sector Partner of the Year for Canada is an incredible honor, but seeing leaders from both Bell and Ateko standing on that stage together to accept the award told a much bigger story.

For me personally, this award is a moment of deep validation. It represents the realization of a vision we’ve been working tirelessly to build. But for businesses and public sector organizations across Canada, it means something even more profound: they finally have a unified partner capable of bridging the gap between foundational infrastructure and cutting-edge innovation.

This kind of industry recognition doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It is the direct result of the powerful, end-to-end ecosystem we’ve built across Bell, Ateko, Bell Cyber and Bell AI Fabric.  By working seamlessly together, this ecosystem can help drive new opportunities and resolve the most complex, modern challenges our customers face.

To understand how we do this, it’s important to look at the combined strength of each pillar:

  • Bell core: this is the trusted foundation of our enterprise and government relationships, providing the connectivity and communication solutions that businesses rely on.
  • Ateko: this is where I sit, as the Tech Services company within the Bell ecosystem. While the Ateko brand is relatively new, our team certainly is not. We are the strategic amalgamation of six key acquisitions over the past 30 months. Our mission is to help clients unlock the true potential of their platforms and enable real-life AI use cases.
  • Bell Cyber: our cybersecurity division, dedicated to protecting organization in this new AI era of threats.
  • Bell AI Fabric: our secure infrastructure and full-stack platform division. Think of it as Canada’s sovereign digital spine, delivering securely connected workloads for both business and government.

When I look at this ecosystem today, I can’t help but reflect on my own journey. I spent over a decade working at Bell, leading multiple different practices. During those years, I sat across the table from our largest customers who consistently told me the same thing: they wanted Bell to extend their value beyond traditional boundaries and into critical workflows, demand generation programs, and new application categories.

Today, I am incredibly proud to say: now we do.

The magic of building this complete ecosystem is that we are finally able to deliver:

  • End-to-end solutions:  we provide the network in combination with the applications, the AI automation, and the workflows that run on it.
  • Uncompromising security & reliability: everything we do is secure by design and built to support critical infrastructure. With the full breadth of our ecosystem, we can build, deliver, and support fully sovereign solutions tailored for Canadian public sector.
  • Ultimate simplicity:  we operate as one team, delivering one solution, under one master contract.

This week’s recognition from Google is fantastic evidence that we are on the right track. But the ultimate proof is the trust and recognition we earn from our clients every single day. This is just the beginning of what we can accomplish together.
