Our leaders

Guillaume Bazinet
CEO
Guillaume Bazinet is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with more than 25 years of experience in the information technology sector.
He co-founded FX Innovation, a leading IT service integrator and managed service provider specializing in large enterprise digital transformation. He assumed the roles of CEO and Chairman in 2020, less than two years after a major investment from La Caisse. Following the acquisition of FX by Bell Canada in 2023, the company was rebranded as Ateko in 2025, where Guillaume continues to serve as its leader.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in information technology and has completed an executive development program in entrepreneurship at the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Guillaume is a member of le Cercle des Présidents du Québec, serves as Campaign Vice President for the technology sector at Centraide, participate occasionally as a Coach-Entrepreneur at l’École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce (EEB) and acts as Chairman of the Board for the Computer Research Institute of Montreal (CRIM), an organization with which he has been involved since 2014.

Lukas Lhotsky
President
Lukas joined Ateko in 2019 as COO and became President in 2020. A strategic leader with a bold vision and 20 years working to scale companies, he plays a leading role in shaping the high-impact partnerships with major industry players that are propelling Ateko to be a global leader in autonomous IT.
He is also responsible for overseeing Ateko’s operations and go to market portfolio, strengthening the company’s ecosystem and accelerating its growth trajectory.
Lukas is also deeply involved in helping the transformational technology initiatives within Bell, working alongside internal teams to enrich both Ateko and Bell.
Before joining Ateko, Lukas spent over a decade scaling a leading Canadian tech-enabled real-estate disruptor that was sold to a major bank. Earlier in his career, Lukas worked in Deloitte’s Strategy Consulting and Financial Advisory practices, collaborating with private equity and family offices on strategic investments.
He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees from McGill University, in addition to having completed an MBA specializing in strategy and finance at HEC Montreal.

Mélanie McClure
CHRO
With nearly 30 years’ experience in human resources, Mélanie has accompanied several companies through scaling phases, both through organic growth and acquisitions, in Canada and the United States. For nearly 10 years, she has headed the HR team, where she has actively contributed to all stages of growth, as well as human, cultural, and organizational transformation.
A key contributor, she plays a pivotal role in aligning teams, creating a strong culture, and integrating modern HR approaches. Recognized for her strategic judgment, her keen understanding of human dynamics and her ability to connect business and human issues, Mélanie firmly believes that a strong culture is an essential lever for sustainable performance.

Pietro Greco
SVP, Advisory & Technology Solutions
Pietro was previously the Executive Chairman of HGC Technologies, a leading Canadian firm specializing in enterprise digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform. He has led the company’s growth and strategic direction, positioning HGC Technologies as a trusted provider of turnkey ServiceNow solutions in North America.
With extensive experience in technology leadership, he previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Bombardier, Hydro-Quebec, held key leadership roles at RBC, Quebecor, and Computer Associates. His expertise spans IT strategy, enterprise solutions, and business transformation, with a long career in running Global IT Operations.

Greg Poirier
SVP, Salesforce Practice
Prior to Ateko, Greg was President & Founder of CloudKettle, a Sales and Marketing Operations consultancy that focused on optimizing the technologies used by companies to run their revenue generating engines. With over 2 decades of experience in Sales and Marketing, Greg brings a unique and no-nonsense approach to all of his client engagements.
A sought-after speaker, Greg has presented at Salesforce’s flagship event, Dreamforce, multiple times where his talks on security, data integrity, and using technology to scale revenue have been seen by thousands. Passionate about giving back, Greg also mentors emerging talent at his local accelerator and incubator.
